The Knew Concepts Sawing Plate is an amazing re-invention of the bench peg, with a sleek design and several additional features which have been purpose-built to make a jeweller’s work easier.

Made from solid stainless steel as opposed to the traditional wood, the body of the bench pin is just 4.75mm thick, allowing you much better manoeuvrability with a saw frame as the pin will not interfere with the blade while you cut.

Despite its thin construction, the steel body is sturdy enough not to bend, flex or jump with each cut, providing you with a steady work surface.

A deep sawing slot in the middle of the pin easily accommodates larger workpieces for more demanding piercing tasks, and the adjustable Delrin ring hook can be fixed to a precise angle on either the left or right hand side for quick and easy ring cutting.

Additionally, the Knew Concepts Sawing Plate features an adjustable guide fence, which can be fixed at an angle from 0-60°, in 15° increments, allowing you to position your piece at a perfectly consistent angle.

Finally, two moveable vertical pins can be used as supports when drilling with a flex shaft, to help make your drill holes perfectly perpendicular.
