This Fretz Silversmithing Large Hammer features one highly polished 22mm diameter shallow dome face and one highly polished 22mm diameter round flat face making it an ideal all purpose hammer for hardening and smoothing metal.

Built for toughness and durability, this Planishing Hammer is a scaled up version of the Fretz Jewellers Planishing Hammer (). It provides a much heavier tool, perfect for use with thicker metal gauges.

The hammer head is made from 420 graded stainless steel and is secured onto a beautifully crafted handle made from oiled Padauk wood, which has been designed to flex during hammering for increased comfort and reduced strain.
