Freeman manufacturing are the largest manufacturer of jewellery wax in the world, with over 50 years providing wax to the jewellery trade, they acquired Ferris wax in 2011 as one of their specialist waxes.

This Ferris Cowdery Round Wax Tube has been designed to improve the process of wax carving making it easier and quicker for you to create hinges, bezels, catches and other unique design elements and because they are pre-fabricated ready to use they will also reduce waste, compared to traditional wax blocks.

Made from precision formed blue wax (standard) it offers good hand carveability, excellent flexibility and has a hardness (Shore D) of 52, making it perfect for creating extremely thin wall depths and intricate carvings.

This specially designed wax is supplied in 5″ lengths (127mm), each tube measuring 1mm diameter with a 0.75mm wall thickness.
