Eveflex Universal Silicone Cylinder Burr, C7, White, Coarse Grit, 20 X 7mm

Description

This white Eveflex cylinder burr is made from silicone material infused with a coarse grit abrasive compound.

Used for heavier material removal and shaping.

The coarse texture allows for more aggressive grinding or polishing on metals, helping to smooth out rough surfaces, refine shapes, and remove excess material quickly.

These burrs are ideal for tasks like smoothing down seams, refining castings, or even removing oxidation or other imperfections in the metal before finer finishing processes.

The burr is gentle enough not to damage the metal but strong enough to work on tougher areas, making it versatile for pre-polishing and prepping jewellery pieces for finer finishing stages.

Used in conjunction with a pendant motor, micromotor or hobby drill.

For the ideal finish, start with coarse grit and gradually work through to extra fine, finishing with a final lustre polish to achieve a mirror-like shine.

The cylinder is supplied unmounted and needs to be used with a tapered threaded mandrel such as , allowing this to be used in conjunction with a pendant motor, micromotor or hobbydrill.

The cylinder measures 20mm long and it has a 7mm diameter.
