Creating a mould for your jewellery item can save a lot of time, in what can be a fast paced industry with demand for quick turn around.

This Castaldo Mould Release spray is the ideal for releasing wax patterns from rubber moulds especially silicon as it can stop them sticking together, it can also prolong the life of your mould.

The spray is safe, non-toxic, colourless, odourless, greaseless and long lasting. It is also completely non-flammable, unlike most other mould release sprays.The spray contains 442ml of solution.

It contains no CFCs, no VOCs (volatile organic chemicals) and is specially formulated not to damage moulds made of natural rubber, such as White Label (998 C011)and Gold Label (998 C012) jewellery moulding rubber.

Mould release spray will work better with shallower cavities, the deeper and more complex the shape the more chance you have of not covering every part of the rubber evenly or the spray sitting in a pool in the cavity.

To use; simply spray a fine even mist over both sides of your mould taking care to cover every part, we would also advise wearing gloves whilst applying this.
