Steel Hoop Earring Mandrel 10-50mm

Description

Hoop earring mandrels are used for hand forming small, medium and large round earring hoops, measuring 10mm -50mm diameter. They are also useful for forming and bending thermoplastics such as acrylic.

This hollow polished steel mandrel is also ideal for producing other large round objects such as; napkin rings, pendants and large round links, anything ranging from 10mm to 50mm diameter. The length of this mandrel is 305mm.

It is best practice to use a wooden mallet such asor hammer such as 999 7186 to form your bangle.

This mandrel is supplied with a removable clamp block that screws into the base, meaning it can be free standing or used in a vice.

Care should be taken to keep surfaces clean, as any marks will be transferred to the surface of the formed metal.
