Sievert Beginners Torch Kit

The Sievert beginner’s torch kit is the perfect torch for hobbyists and those new to soldering. Sievert soldering equipment has been manufactured for over 120 years and is well known for its versatility.

It is ideal for soft soldering, small brazing and heating jobs and general jewellery work.

The beginner’s torch kit features a high precision flame which is ideal for soft soldering, small brazing and heating jobs.

Sievert torches operate on propane and the normal working pressure is about 200kPA (28p.s.l.) but Sievert torches work at both higher and lower pressures.

This torch will reach temperatures of up to 1900°C and the type of heat and output flame can be varied as desired via the hand operated main flame adjustment valve, or by changing to a different sized burner.

Other burner sizes are available, all of which can easily be fitted to this torch. , ,others are available.

This kit includes:

• Ergonomic Sievert Pro torch handle
• Two metre hose with threaded fittings at either end
• 17mm diameter precision burner
• A neck tube to fit the burner
• A stop off valve

We advise using a wrench when tightening all connections
