Round Bezel/collet Forming Block With 20 Holes And 17 Degree Angle Punch Included

Description

This Round Bezel/Collet Forming Block made from steel has 20 holes and a 17 degree 166mm rounded punch with a 32mm domed end that fits into the holes.

The hole sizes are as follows 5mm, 5.5mm, 6mm, 6.5mm, 7mm, 7.5mm, 8mm, 8.5mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm 18mm, 19mm and 20mm all of which are cut into 17 degree angles.

The punch is also made from steel, round/conical in shape hat comes to a point at the end and also cut to 17 degrees.

Used for forming, stretching, reducing or changing the shape of a collets that can later be used for rings, necklaces and more.

To use; Place the collet into the appropriate hole, insert the punch and tap carefully with a hammer such as 997 3134.

Collets should be annealed and gradually stretched or reduced.

This block is coated with a light grease to help prevent rusting.
