The PROXXON PM 100 Polishing Machine is a professional-grade bench polisher designed to deliver smooth, consistent polishing on jewellery, metalwork and other precision projects. Suitable for polishing wheels up to 4″/102mm, it offers the power and control needed for everything from surface preparation to achieving a mirror-like finish.

A powerful DC motor with electronic variable speed control maintains high torque even under heavy polishing pressure, ensuring reliable performance across a range of materials. The long, ball-bearing mounted main shaft provides exceptionally smooth, low-vibration operation, while the slim shaft housing allows easy access when polishing long or awkwardly shaped workpieces.

Constructed with durable aluminium side supports and fitted with adjustable protective guards, the PM 100 is built for stability, precision and clean operation. It can be securely mounted using screws or the supplied clamp for both horizontal and vertical installation. The machine is supplied complete with soft and stiff muslin polishing wheels and a universal polishing compound, allowing you to get started straight away.
