Medium Calico Mop 4″

Description

Used with tripoli/Lustre (998 198) or similar compound in conjunction with a polishing motor such asor .

Made from numerous circular layers of calico fabric, stitched at the centre, with a leather washer (or similar) in the centre which has a hole cut into it. (Allowing the mop to fit onto the spindle of the polishing motor).

Also available in 127mm/5″(999 870) & 152mm/6″ (999 87P)

Please note, different mop should be used for each metal & compound to avoid contamination.

Mops should also be cleaned before each use with a mop rake (build up of compound may harden and leave drag effects on surface.

Mops can be cleaned by soaking overnight in a solution of hot water, liquid detergent & ammonia.

Approximate centre hole size 6.5mm.
