This Matting Finishing Abrasive Wheel has been designed to put a matt or satin finish onto any piece of jewellery.

Made from aluminium oxide scotchbright which is interspersed with abrasive paper, this finishing wheel is less aggressive than when using aluminium oxide wheels on their own and is suitable for a range of metals including; gold, silver, copper, brass, platinum, palladium, titanium, pewter, tin, steel, iron and aluminium.

The flap wheel design allows for greater coverage, quicker cooling and an even finish without the need for compound, saving you time and money.

Mounted on a 2.35mm shank, this Coarse 220 grit wheel is ideal for tough cleaning and removal of unwanted surface tack, staining and oxidisation. Coarser grits are perfect for de-burring.

Other sizes and styles are available. We would always recommend working through the grits for optimal finishing results.
