Description

This gold gilding concentrate from Heimerle + Meule will give a ‘FG 200’ Rose Gold finish on metal.

Developed by highly qualified specialists, this solution is ideal for applying a thin, decorative gilding layer of 0.1-0.2 microns maximum. It will achieve a classic rose gold finish with the appearance of 18ct rose gold.

It is very easy to handle, therefore achieving a fast and efficient processing result every time.

It is important to read the information sheet before use. Following the outlined procedures are essential for optimal results as additional products and processes are needed.

The bath is supplied in a 100ml concentrate, ready to be mixed into 900ml demineralised water to make the completed bath mix.

It has a precious metal purity of 99.9-100% and contains 1g of gold per bottle.

Please note that the finish colour may vary slightly depending on alloy being plated.

Instructions for use:

• Anodes: stainless steel ()
• Voltage: 6 V
• Bath temperature: 60°C
• Time for approx. 0.1 µm: 20 seconds
• The solution must be stirred until the chemicals have been dissolved and have fully merged with the water

Movement via an agitator is not required.
