Description

The EVE Starflex Twist XT Radial Abrasive Disc is a flexible polishing and finishing tool designed for precision work on both flat and complex surfaces. Its radial, twist-style lamellae adapt easily to contours, engravings, and hard-to-reach areas.

The Starflex Twist XT’s thinner lamellae are perfect for polishing hard-to-reach areas, while its rubber-bonded abrasive runs through the entire disc, continuously exposing fresh cutting edges for consistent results and long-lasting durability.

The wheels are designed to be stacked on a mandrel. They feature small teeth and grooves that allow them to fit snugly together and rotate in the same direction.

This 19mm abrasive disc is orange and features a extra fine 1,200-grit surface.

The open design allows the disc to run cool, reducing heat buildup, discoloration, and material distortion. Oxides, tempering colours, and light rust can be removed efficiently without the need for polishing compounds.

Suitable for precious and non-precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, stainless steel, and cobalt-chrome alloys, the disc operates best at 8,000-12,000 rpm, delivering controlled handling and reliable, repeatable finishes.

For best results, begin with a coarse grit and progress step by step to an ultra-fine finish.

It requires an EVE Screw Top Mandrel for Unmounted Wheels () and is designed for use with a pendant motor, micromotor, or hobby drill.
