Disc Cutter 7 Hole

Description

This 7 Hole Disc Cutter set is a fast and efficient way of producing well formed discs suitable for all levels of skill.

Made from Steel this set contains 7 round punches which measure approximately 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm 14mm and 16mm diameter.

Please note the holes will be slightly bigger to allow a clean and accurate stamp.

To operate:

• Remove all punches and insert metal sheet into centre slit under the circle required
• Insert the appropriate punch and strike with a hammer. Thicker gauges may require more than one strike
• The disc will come out of the bottom of the tool, ready for you to use

Due to the nature of the process, burring can occur – simply use emery paper to sand flush.

This disc cutter will cut a maximum sheet thickness of 1.0mm on soft metals such as copper, silver, brass and gold.

We advise to use lubricant to avoid tarnish and prolong its working life.
