This Busch 452 Riveting Wheel Burr has been produced from a single piece of hardened steel and is characterised by a stable design which provides a precise power cut and optimum concentricity, ideal for smoothing over rivets.

Use a gentle, even touch, allowing the wheel’s burnishing edges to glide over the metal and refine its surface. It’s also ideal for smoothing out tiny pits and porosity in cast parts, filling small voids without taking away significant material.

Measuring 12.0mm in width, It has a full working head depth of 1.9mm.

The Busch riveting tool is frequently used to smooth out small holes and scratches in metal.

It is designed to be used in conjunction with a pendant drill, hobby drill, micromotor or even a pin vice such asor .

Each burr’s construction consists of a number of rounded burnishers and flat surfaces making up the wheel which is then mounted onto a 2.34mm shank.

The shank fits into the collet/chuck of the drill, and when turned, these burnishers make the surface being worked upon, smooth.
