Description

This Busch Tapered Cone Burr has been produced from a single piece of hardened steel and is characterised by a stable design which provides a precise power cut and optimum concentricity, ideal for enlarging or deburring holes.

Measuring 1.6mm in diameter at its largest point, and tapering at the tip by 6.8 degrees, It has a full working head depth of 5.0mm.

The tapered shape is ideal for curved ring shanks, elevated edges or achieving highlighted strips on jewellery, due to their size they are also the perfect tool for reaching difficult to access areas and reassesses.

Mounted onto a 2.34mm shank, it is designed to be used in conjunction with a pendant drill, hobby drill, micromotor, pin vice such as 999 AKK or 999 332 or even by hand to shape or give shine to a surface.

The shank fits into the collet/chuck of the drill, and when turned the smooth edge rubs against the surface being worked upon.

We suggest using ‘Burr Life lubricant’ () helps prolong the burrs cutting ability.
