Vallorbe Glardon jeweler’s saw blades are Swiss-made blades known for their quality and performance. These blades feature straight, uniform sharp teeth, ensuring precise and clean cuts every time. They are designed to retain their flexibility, allowing for detailed and intricate work without compromising strength.

Crafted from the highest quality steel, Vallorbe saw blades are engineered for durability and reliability, making them less likely to break or snap while working.

This set contains 24 blades, with 12 blades ofeach grades: 2/0, 3/0 and 4/0 .

This kit also includes a saw frame, made from hardened steel. This features a smooth wooden handle and an adjustable 76mm/3″ deep frame for added precision accuracy.

The frame’s adjustability accommodates various blade lengths, allowing you to reuse broken blades. It also comes with versatile serrated clamps that securely hold the blades, ensuring optimal tension for precise cutting.

How to use:

• Loosen the screws, insert the blade ensuring the teeth are pointing towards the handle and facing away from the frame.
• Tighten one screw, then push the frame against the bench and tighten the other screw, keeping the frame under pressure. The blade will be held taut in the frame.

Also included is a 1oz block of 100% natural beeswax, which acts as a lubricant for saw blades, ensuring smooth cutting and minimizing the risk of sticking.

How to use:

• Gently rub the beeswax onto the back of the saw blade in a single motion. This method helps prevent the wax from clogging the teeth.
