Sterling Silver Magnetic Clasp 10mm Ball

Description

This Sterling Silver ball-shaped magnetic ball clasp fastens via a magnet in each hemisphere of the clasp. Perfect to use with a variety of necklace and bracelet designs and interchangeable jewellery, the clasp provides a secure hold, yet opens and closes easily. This makes it ideal for those who have difficulty using regular clasps.

A loop is fixed to each end of the clasp to allow a chain to be attached.

The clasp measures 10mm. The internal diameter of each loop is approximately 1mm.

Please note that care should be taken when soldering magnetic clasps, as excessive heat can cause the magnetic properties to fail. Any heat applied to the clasp should be kept away from the centre of the clasp as this can cause damage to the magnets inside.
