Replacement Barrel For Foredom Rotary Tumbler

This replacement barrel is designed to be used with the Foredom Rotary Tumbler () to replace a worn or damaged barrel.

It is good practice to keep multiple barrels to hand, this is to increase your productivity. You can have one barrel running whilst you are loading another one ready or you could be unloading a barrel that has just finished with one still running.

Operational tips:

• The barrel must have a full load inside to ground it. Too light a load will cause vibration, and too large will overload the tumbler and cause excessive wear
• To clean, use mild dish soap or dishwashing liquid and lukewarm water – never use cleaners containing ammonia or solvents such as Alcohol, Trichloroethyiene, Thinner, Gasoline, as it could damage the barrel
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water – dry with a soft damp cloth
• Clean the lid’s O-ring weekly and lubricate with petroleum jelly to prevent perishing
• Avoid direct exposure to sunlight

The barrel measures 106mm (4 1/8″) inner diameter at widest point, 144mm (6″) between rollers, 84mm (3-1/4″) diameter door opening and has a 1.1 litres capacity.

Please note – this product comes with a 1 year warranty. It should never be used with ammonia, acetone, trichloroethylene, gasoline or alcohol based cleaners or solutions. The use of these will void the warranty.
