This replacement Brass Tension knob set is designed for any Knew Concepts saw frame.

The brass tension knobs can wear over time with high usage. This replacement knob is perfect for extending the life of your frame.

It has been manufactured to provide a slightly “stiff” feel on the screw, ensuring stability during tension lever movements.

To install the knob, note that one end is tighter than the other. The end with the ring surrounding the screw hole is the tight end. Begin by screwing the knob onto the tension screw, ensuring that the end with the ring is facing away from the screw.

If you happen to have a saw without a lever, please be aware that the knob will require some initial stretching during the first installation. This initial process may feel quite stiff. However, subsequent uses will result in smoother operation.
