This complete dual angle sharpening system from GRS contains everything you need to shape and sharpen your carbide and high-speed steel gravers.

Quickly shape, sharpen and polish your carbide and high-speed steel gravers with the GRS GraverHoner VS. The unit enables you to produce precise, sharp tool edges that make bright cuts with clean lines and rich shading.

An adjustable speed dial (400-900rpm) makes it perfect for a variety of sharpening tasks. Run at lower speeds to prevent overheating tool steel and operate at higher speeds to efficiently sharpen carbide gravers.

The high-torque motor easily handles aggressive sharpening tasks and the direct-drive system provides a long life with quiet operation.

Each Graverhone has a spindle and drive plate individually aligned with the top of the unit to consistently deliver repeatable grinds dual direction makes the unit ideal for right- or left-handed users.

A quick wheel-change adapter with no threads allows you to change wheels in just a couple of seconds. The Graverhone has a durable steel housing.

This GRS dual-angle sharpening fixture offers a secure and accurate locating seat that accepts a wide variety of gravers and tools. Two easy-to-read degree dials let you quickly set the elevation and rotation angle for each tool.

The fixture securely holds tools with and without handles, and works with your GRS Powerhone. The jaws, locating post and slide collar are made from precision-ground stainless steel.

This GRS sharpening post securely holds and supports your sharpening fixtures at the positions needed to effectively shape and sharpen your gravers.

It is ideal for use with all GRS sharpening fixtures and the 7″ height allows it to work well for sharpening your long gravers.

A strong 80lb magnet base will hold the post securely in place during use, or dampen the magnet strength with the provided cover to enable the post to be moved during use.
