This 14ct Gold Filled Bead and Ring fitting is a classic design that is ideal for dropper earrings. The bead is soldered above the ear wire which curls under to form a ring ideal for adding components.

Gold filled jewellery is also known as rolled gold or gold bonded, is created by mechanically bonding a layer of gold to a layer of base metal – usually brass. The outer gold layer must be at least 1/20 of the overall metal content by weight, and is therefore a much thicker and more durable alternative to gold plating.

The bead measures 4mm.
