Description

This Durston Tungsten Carbide Triangle Drawplate is accurately machined from Tungsten Carbide to give it maximum strength and durability.

For use with a drawbench such asoror held in a vice, it is the perfect solution for drawing down or reshaping wire.

This drawplate features 20 triangular holes and has the ability to reduce wire from 1.1mm to 3.0mm in Diameter. It is also suitable for reshaping wire and creating tube or chenier from sheet metal.

It is important to ensure a sufficient point is created at the end of the wire or sheet so it can be draw through the holes easier with drawtongs.

You will need to anneal the wire between every other draw to keep it malleable.

The holes included in this drawplate measure:

• 1.10mm, 1.20mm, 1.30mm, 1.40mm, 1.50mm, 1.60mm, 1.70mm, 1.60mm, 1.70mm, 1.80mm, 1.90mm,
• 2.0mm, 2.10mm, 2.20mm, 2.30mm, 2.40mm, 2.50mm, 2.60mm,2.70mm, 2.80mm, 2.90mm, 3.0mm.
