This 14 Hole Disc Cutter set provides a fast and efficient way of producing well formed discs and washers.

Suitable for all skill levels.

Included in this set:

• 1 x hardened steel base with hone drilled holes for clean and precise cutting
• 14 tool hardened punches that have been drawn for durability
• 14 nylon centring dies to create perfectly aligned washers
• 1 x urethane pad to protect your bench.

The base features a central tightening screw that allows you to easily open and close the gap, suitable for soft metal sheet of up to 18 gauge (1mm) and can create discs and washers measuring 3mm, 4.7mm, 6.35mm, 8mm, 9.5mm, 11mm, 12.7mm, 14.3mm, 16mm, 17.5mm, 19mm, 20.6mm, 22mm and 25mm diameter.

The cutting end of each steel punch has been manufactured with a slight angle to ensure a smooth and reliable shearing action.

Please note – Due to the nature of the process, burring can occur – simply use emery paper to sand flush.

When not in use store away in the provided wooden case and to keep this tool in top condition, we would advise to use a lubricant to avoid tarnish.
