This high quality art clay silver can be worked into your latest design or used with your chosen method. The pure silver metal clay mixed with an organic binder can then be burned to reduce the binding material, leaving you with a fine precious metal piece to work with.

The newly formulated 50g Art Clay Silver has been formulated using different Art Clay formulas, the original formula, the slow dry metal clay formula, and the low firing precious metal clay from the 650 Art Clay range. The new Art Clay silver formula is even simpler to work with. With a longer working time, and an improved solubility, the Art Clay Silver 50g is also easier to file down once it?s been dried.

The metal clay silver can be fired in a kiln, using a torch or a gas stove. The firing process only takes 30 minutes at approximately 650°C or 5 minutes at 800°C. Subject to shrinkage of 8-9%.
